Leasing

Apply as soon as possible to secure your preferred unit and floor plan.
Escorted in-person tours are available by scheduling, and self-guided tours can be booked online. Virtual tours are also offered.
Lease terms range from 1 to 15 months, with 14-month renewal options available. Lease terms are subject to change without notice.
A U.S. government-issued photo ID and electronic income verification are required. Guarantors may be accepted if income requirements aren't met.
Yes, for applicants not meeting income requirements. Guarantors must have a gross monthly income of at least 4x the base rent.
Applicants must have a gross monthly income of 2.5 times the rent. Combined income of multiple leaseholders is accepted.

Pet Policy

Yes, service animals are generally exempt from breed restrictions and must be registered with Pet Screening.
Two pets maximum per household, no weight limit.

Amenities

Amenities include our fitness center, clubhouse, pool, media room, coffee bar, tanning room, putting green, dog park, and picnic areas with BBQ grills.
Yes, covered parking is available, though there may be a waitlist. Free uncovered parking is also offered.
Residents can open the gate remotely by pressing 9 on their phone when receiving a call from the gate system.

Maintenance

Residents can submit requests through the community messaging system or call the office for urgent issues.
No heat or AC, no hot water, flooding, burst pipes, no electricity, fire, door lock issues, or non-working carbon monoxide alarm.
An outside pest-control company services the community every Monday (excluding holidays). Additional visits can be scheduled on request.

Move-Out

Yes residents can transfer after 6 months of their current lease term. Restrictions may apply. Contact the leasing office for instructions and approval.

Community

15903 Yorktown Crossing Pkwy., Houston, TX 77084. Convenient to Highway 6, I-10, the downtown Houston neighborhood, and the Houston Theater District.
Parking is first-come, first-served. Visitor parking tags are not provided.

Lease Renewal

Renewal offers are emailed ~75 days before lease expiration and are also visible in the resident portal.
Yes, the leasing team is happy to discuss competitive renewal offers with residents.

Utilities

Residents pay water, sewer, trash, and pest control monthly with rent. Electricity, cable, and internet are billed directly to the resident’s chosen providers.

Packages

Residents can receive packages through the community’s management system.

Payment

Rent can be paid online through the resident portal, which redirects to the BILT payment system.

Move-In

Yes, all available apartments come with in-unit washer and dryer.
